Coaches - help your Club Board know what is needed to be successful in training at your rink. Be present at Board Meetings. Help talk to parent about volunteering, and being present in their child's sport. Let families know about other ways of assisting in figure skating, maybe a parent would like to learn how to judge. Talk to your skaters about life after their competitive years. Encourage teens of "Club's Junior Board". This allows skaters to learn how things are changed and grown. Junior Board also lets them have a say in their sport.
